Cancellation rights (Ångerrätt) 

 Under the distance contract (distansavtalslagen), you as a customer have the right to undo your purchase within two weeks from the day you received your order. When you return an item  you as a customer are responsible that the product is coming to us in the same condition as when you bought it. The price tag should be left on the item and the receipt must be sent together with the item/items you return. If you want to make a return, it is very important that you first email us at info@ecolyxig.se you will then get information about what return address you should use. Returns made without first contacting us will NOT be accepted. 

Right to change(BYTESRÄTT) 

 If you would like to exchange your product for another, please contact us within two weeks. You will have to pay for all the shipping costs. The same rules apply as when you make a return. 

Complaints(reklamation) 

We stand behind every item we sell. We sell 100% authentic luxury goods exclusively and do not accept, sell or tolerate counterfeit items. Once received in our showroom all items undergo an extensive authenticity verification process in house before they are posted for sale. We also engage the power of Entrupy. Note that we do NOT accept any other companys or individuals Authentification.

Despite this very detailed authentication process, we offer a FINANCIAL GUARANTEE for worry-free shopping. That means if we get it wrong, we will refund you 100% for the item.  Keep in mind that all products are sold used. Therefore, we sell all products as-seen (befintligt skick). This means that we do not accept any complaints. Therefore, it is very important that you as a customer examines products carefully before buying anything. Condition on all our products are described in the webshop and there are also photos that you should look at before you make a purchase. You can always ask for more photos and we will send them to you. If a product breaks and needs to be repaired after you received it, the responsibility is yours as a buyer. (sold as-seen ) 

All swish payments made to the compay can only be refuded through bank transfers and not through Swish.

Delivery 

 Orders will normally be sent within 4 working days.

Delivery time within Sweden is normally 2-7 days and within Europe 6-14 days. 

We take no responsibility for delays caused by the freight company. 

Always contact the freight company directly if you receive a damaged parcel, if possible do not accept the delivery. 

 If we get packages in return because they have not been collected from the parcel shop, we will charge you 300 SEK to cover our costs. 

Taxes and customs fees

Within the EU taxes are included in the price and there will be no customs fees. Outside the EU there can be charges for taxes and customs fees that you have to pay.

All orders are shipped Duty Unpaid which means that you are responsible for all customs duties other import fees on orders to countries outside EU. Check the rules in your country before you order.

Counterfeit

- Seller attests that all items sent to us are authentic. If any item is found to be counterfeit, ecolyxig will return the item at a cost of 300 SEK paid in advance. All funds issued have to be returned before we return any counterfeit items.

Privacy act 

 Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). 

Dispute 

Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board and also refer to the European Copomissio´sonline dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
